We all know a client’s first impression with a new company starts with the very first contact, which is why you’ll always hear a friendly, happy, live person answering your calls.
You’ll never have to push “one for this”, “two for that” or “three for whatever” for a situation you need resolved. I personally hate going through that nonsense when I call places, and I’m sure you do too.
After a while you’ll feel like you’re calling a good friend, as we know most of our clients on a first-name basis. A lot of our clients use multiple services and have been served by the same team for over ten years, some even from the very beginning of Chet’s Pest over 30 years ago.

When you schedule a FREE inspection or service, you’ll be given a specific time. None of this “sometime between 8 AM to 5 PM” stuff. We value your time and know you have other things you’d rather be doing than waiting around all day for us to show up. All of our termite and pest advisors have been personally trained by me. They know what a stickler I am for thoroughness, so you can expect the best inspection and advice you’ve ever had. We’re never pushy and will always give you advice that is in your best interest. It’s why we get so many referrals and repeat business.
If you need termite service, you’ll be shown pictures of the actual crew members who will be coming to rid your home of termites or other pests. We’ll even show you pictures and videos of them actually doing the type of service you need. I’m proud to say I have the most courteous, polite and knowledgeable termite crew in town. I don’t believe in hiring some kid off the street and letting them practice at your house.
I’ve personally been to hundreds of client’s homes and businesses with each team member prior to ever allowing them the privilege to serve you.

I understand from many conversations with my clients that you’d like to have the same service tech year after year. The average time your technician has been with Chet’s is 12 years and 5 months. I have a long waiting list of people who want to join our team because I supply them with a better training, equipment and working environment than anybody in the industry.
